Haikou Banana Hostel

Hey guys. I left very early in the morning last sunday, so i didn't get a chance to say goodbye to everyone. 

I don't know if anyone will look at this message, but i just wanted to say -  it was great meeting everyone staying (and living) at the Banana Hostel - Pete, you and your wife have got a great set up there, take care of yourselves - i'll be out again soon.

Also, you guys have got my e-mail - i know Omar has anyway - so you can get it off him if you haven't. Whenever you're in my neck of the woods - get in touch.

G'day people of the Hostel, greetings form a Kiwi, New Zealander from down under.

I'm staying with my partner in Haikou Central and damn, its taken me 10 days to find your web site but in just a few minutes of searching your site I've found out more about Haikou than from the locals ie Family.

One of the pit falls I have found is that if you don't speak and Chinese, or like me having to rely on your partner for interpretation, your STUCK. Out of 700million lol, I haven't been able to singularly speak to any one including Taxi Drivers.

"Whats with it Haikou, what about us tourists?" Thank goodness for the HBH!!!!!

SO, thank you Haikou Banana Hostel from my perspective your fantastic and informative and as a expat Kiwi on holiday at the wrong time, hello, and in Haikou, I wish I'd found you sooner. Leaving Tuesday, may still drop by, and from my birth Island of Fiji, thank you for your wonderful website. Much appreciate the overall picture
